Through the Lens of Tomorrow.

Through Art, I Found Humanity.

Since I was a child, art has always been my language. I started drawing before I could write, and in 2004 I joined the Conservatory of Music. There, I found rhythm, harmony, and discipline, and over time, earned a degree in music while mastering several instruments. Music didn’t just teach me notes; it taught me emotion, timing, and storytelling. It gave me my first taste of what art truly means : the power to connect people through invisible threads of feeling.

Alongside my artistic journey, I pursued a degree in Human Biology and Physiology. My years in medical promotion shaped another part of me, the part that values precision, analysis, and human connection. Science taught me rigor, but it also revealed something deeper: that humans are not just bodies to heal, but souls to comfort and uplift. That realization brought me closer to art, because art, like medicine, has the power to soothe, to inspire, and to make us feel understood.

At university, my curiosity took another form. I won a writing competition with my essay “Parallaxe”, which opened new doors to screenwriting, to cinema, and to the written word as a tool of transformation. That moment was pivotal. It was when I discovered that behind every image, there is a story waiting to be told. Since then, I’ve collaborated as a script doctor and ghostwriter on several projects, helping others bring their visions to life while shaping my own voice as a storyteller.

In 2022, I launched my first digital media platform Jazair+, later rebranded as Emirates+. As a producer, director, and co-screenwriter, I oversaw more than eight weekly shows, each exploring different aspects of culture and creativity in a post-COVID world. Within just a few months, our community grew to over 400,000 followers, breaking engagement records and proving that authentic storytelling still has the power to unite and inspire.

Cinema has always been my greatest obsession. I’ve watched over 40,000 films, series, and documentaries, not as a critic but as a student of humanity. Every frame, every silence, every gaze taught me something about vision, about truth, about what it means to create.

In 2023, I founded the Jazair Awards, a cinematic ceremony designed to celebrate film as both an art and an industry. What began as a local initiative quickly evolved into a global vision. The third edition reached over 150 million views, making it one of the fastest-growing cultural movements in the region. This success inspired a bold new chapter: expanding to the United Arab Emirates under the name Emirates Academy Awards, to build an inclusive hub for filmmakers, storytellers, and dreamers from across the world.

My journey has never been about fame or recognition. It’s about vision, about believing that culture and cinema can shape the future, redefine how we see ourselves, and inspire generations to come.

Because through the lens of tomorrow, I see a world where stories connect us all.
